The Bridge is designed for women who are already stretched. It’s not another program to “keep up with,” and you cannot fall behind.
Easily incorporate yoga, meditation and therapeutic practices into your daily life!
Designed to reduce pressure, not increase it. You do not need to attend every class. Come when you can, catch replays when you can’t.

Hosted by our - Caelia of Soul River - join us for a very special evening dedicated to;
your own self healing / awakening the potential of your healing hands / learning how to direct healing energy toward others (with consent).
Event includes Pranayam (breathwork), Yogic Kriyas, Channelled Messages and Healing Meditations - including the Healing Ring of Tantra - designed to generate and direct tremendous healing energy! Stay for a cup of Yoga Tea at the end.
