I run an online sanctuary for women who are burnt out from always serving others first and want to finally take time for themselves, without adding to their to‑do list or dropping the ball.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Weekday Sanctuary Sessions (up to 5 live classes each week)
    Gentle live classes blending Kundalini yoga, nervous system regulation, breath, and rest. Come when you can, catch the replay when you can’t. Every session is recorded and added to your on‑demand library.
  • Monthly Healing & Integration Circle
    A live group session where we focus on a theme like anxiety, burnout, boundaries, grief, or self-worth. Part teaching, part practice, part sharing. You leave feeling seen, softened, and supported.
  • Monthly guided practice to use anytime
    Each month you receive a new guided resource, such as a hypnosis, meditation, breathwork, or energy practice you can press play on whenever you need to reset.
  • A gentle, private online community
    A low‑pressure space to check in, be witnessed, and receive encouragement. No noisy feeds, no pressure to perform, just genuine connection with women who get it.
  • Member‑only perks
    As a member, you’ll receive special pricing and priority access to my private sessions, group workshops, and seasonal retreats, so you can deepen your work when you feel called.

The Bridge is designed for women who are already stretched. It’s not another program to “keep up with,” and you cannot fall behind.

This is designed to reduce pressure, not increase it. You do not need to attend every session. Come when you can, catch replays when you can’t.

Here’s how it’s built to reduce pressure, not add to it:

  • Come when you can, replay when you can’t
    Weekday Sanctuary Sessions are offered live, but everything is recorded. You can drop in once a week, once a fortnight, or binge replays when life allows.
  • Short practices that meet you where you are
    You’ll have access to guided practices you can do in 5–20 minutes, so even on the fullest days you can still do something kind for your nervous system.
  • No homework, no rigid timelines
    There are no modules to complete, no tests, and no gold stars for attendance. This is ongoing support, not a course you have to “finish.”
  • Designed around women who do everything for everyone
    The Bridge understands that kids get sick, bosses shift deadlines, and life happens. You’re welcome here exactly as you are, even if you arrive tired, late,  bra-less or in your pyjamas. There is no judgement here, only support and encouragement.

Why I created The Bridge...

 

For years, I’ve worked with women who look “fine” on the outside and are quietly crumbling on the inside – and, if I’m honest, I was one of them.

They are the ones everyone leans on. The organiser. The emotional support. The one who remembers the birthdays, the school notes, the deadlines, the appointments. They keep everything moving for everyone else, and by the time they think about themselves, there’s nothing left in the tank.

In my work as a coach, therapist, hypnotherapist, energy worker and yoga teacher, I kept hearing the same things:

“I’m so tired of being the strong one.”
“I know I need help, but I don’t have the time or headspace for another thing.”
“If I stop, everything will fall apart.”

I created The Bridge for these women.

A place where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where you can be the one who is supported for a change. Where you can regulate your nervous system, process what you’re carrying, and reconnect with the part of you that is calm, joyful, and deeply alive.

I didn’t want to build another intensive program that demanded more of you. I wanted to build a gentle, ongoing sanctuary you could step into and out of as life allows, knowing it will always be there for you.
