 I run an online sanctuary for women who are burnt out from always serving others first and want to finally take time for themselves, without adding to their to‑do list or dropping the ball.

Why I created The Bridge...Â

For years, I’ve worked with women who look “fine” on the outside and are quietly crumbling on the inside – and, if I’m honest, I was one of them.
They are the ones everyone leans on. The organiser. The emotional support. The one who remembers the birthdays, the school notes, the deadlines, the appointments. They keep everything moving for everyone else, and by the time they think about themselves, there’s nothing left in the tank.
In my work as a coach, therapist, hypnotherapist, energy worker and yoga guide, I kept hearing the same things:
“I’m so tired of being the strong one.”
“I know I need help, but I don’t have the time or headspace for another thing.”
“If I stop, everything will fall apart.”
I created The Bridge for these women.
A place where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where you can be the one who is supported for a change. Where you can regulate your nervous system, process what you’re carrying, and reconnect with the part of you that is calm, joyful, and deeply alive.
I didn’t want to build another intensive program that demanded more of you. I wanted to build a gentle, ongoing sanctuary you could step into and out of as life allows, knowing it will always be there for you.

The Bridge understands that kids get sick, bosses shift deadlines, and life happens. You’re welcome here exactly as you are, even if you arrive tired, late, bra-less or in your pyjamas. There is no judgement here, only support and encouragement.Â
